Use of the site

US Dentist Directory provides directory information “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or completeness. Listings are aggregated from third-party public sources and may be outdated or incomplete.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or professional advice, and a listing is not a referral or endorsement. Verify credentials and details independently before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on any listing.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Claiming and managing a listing

Claiming is free. By claiming a listing you confirm that you own the business or are authorized to act for it, and that you will keep the information you publish accurate. We verify ownership before granting a claim, but verification is a reasonable check, not a guarantee. We may suspend, revoke, or transfer a claim if we receive credible evidence that it was obtained or used improperly, or if a dispute cannot be resolved. Owner edits publish automatically and are not individually reviewed before appearing; you are responsible for what you publish, including any prices, insurance participation, or credentials you state.

Acceptable use

Do not: submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; claim a business you do not represent; scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the site or resell its content; interfere with the site's operation or security; use appointment-request or contact forms to send advertising; or upload content you do not have the rights to.

User submissions

If you submit content (for example a claim, correction, photo, or business description), you confirm you have the right to submit it and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the directory. You keep ownership of your content. We may remove any submission at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing.

Copyright

To report alleged copyright infringement, follow our DMCA policy, which lists what a valid notice must contain and where to send it.

Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which DirectoryDome LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
