For dentists

Your practice is probably already listed. Claim it free.

US Dentist Directory lists 8,291 dentists across 405 cities. Claiming your page lets you correct what it says, add the details the public record never had, and see how many people are looking. It costs nothing and it does not affect your ranking.

Free forever. No card. No paid placement, for anyone.

What you get when you claim

Everything below is free and available the moment ownership is verified.

Correct what people see

Hours, phone, address detail, website, and description. Public business data goes stale constantly, and right now yours is whatever the public record last said.

Add what the public record never had

Services and prices, insurance you accept, languages spoken, payment methods, amenities, patient age groups, and whether you are taking new patients.

Photos, team, and a video tour

Upload a logo and a photo gallery, introduce the people who actually treat patients, and embed a practice tour. Unclaimed listings show one public photo, if that.

See how people interact with your profile

Profile views, phone-number taps, website clicks, and direction requests, with a daily chart and a 7, 30, or 90 day range. These are interactions on this site, not appointments.

Take appointment requests

Off by default. Switch it on and visitors can send a request with their name, contact, and preferred time. They land in an inbox you can filter, search, and mark as contacted.

A verified-owner badge and a rating badge

Your public page shows that a verified owner manages it. You also get a copy-paste badge for your own website that shows your live rating and links back to your profile.

How it works

Three steps. Most practices are done in under five minutes.

  1. Find your listing

Search your practice name or city. If we already list you, your page is live right now whether or not you have claimed it.

  2. Prove you manage it

We offer the strongest option your listing supports. If your account email is already on your practice domain, that alone can approve the claim with nothing to send.

  3. Edit and publish

Your changes go live on your public page straight away. No queue, no review, no waiting on us.

We only accept proof that a stranger could not get hold of. A free webmail address, a page on a website builder, or a booking-platform inbox is never enough on its own, because none of them show that you run this practice.

Straight answers

Is this Google? Why is my practice already listed?

No. US Dentist Directory is an independent directory. Listings are compiled from publicly available business profile data, the same information anyone can look up. We did not need your permission to list public facts, and you do not need an account for your page to exist. Claiming is how you take control of what it says.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no card, no trial, and no paid tier. There are no sponsored or featured placements anywhere on this site, and claiming does not change where you appear in any list. Ordering is based on your public rating weighted by how many reviews back it up, and it is not for sale.

How do you verify that I own the practice?

Depending on your listing: an email to an address on your practice's own website domain, a 6-digit code sent to a business email published on your own site, or a manual review if neither fits. We deliberately refuse proof that anyone could obtain, such as a free webmail address or a page on a website builder. If your website is shared across several locations, we require an extra check so one employee cannot take every location.

How long does it take?

Usually a couple of minutes. If your account email is already on your practice domain and your domain maps to a single listing, it is instant with nothing to send.

Can I change my address, city, or ZIP?

Not directly. Location is locked to the public record so a listing can never be quietly moved to a different city. If your location is genuinely wrong or you have moved, send a correction and we will fix the underlying record.

Can you remove my listing?

Contact us and tell us why. We will look at it. Bear in mind the information comes from public sources, so a practice usually gets better results by claiming the page and correcting it than by trying to erase it.

What happens to my data?

What you publish appears on your public listing page, which is the point. Appointment requests are shared only with you and are deleted after 180 days. We do not sell personal information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Someone else claimed my listing. What now?

Email support@usdentistdirectory.com with a link to the listing. We will not share information about the current claimant with you, or yours with them, and we may revoke or transfer a claim when there is credible evidence it was obtained improperly.

Ready to take over your page?

Search your practice name, open your listing, and press Claim this listing. If you cannot find yourself, tell us and we will add you.
